Concerns over killings and intimidation in the workplace by the IRA in Northern Ireland.

Interview with Irish Congress of Trade Unions Northern Officer Terry Carlin who is concerned about the range of intimidation from paramilitaries on both sides as well as sectarianism in the workplace.

He is calling on employers to tackle the problem of flags and emblems being displayed in factories and is looking for ways for trade unions to deal with members involved in intimidation.
