There have been complaints about responses to 999 emergency services after a kidnap attempt was made on bank manager Ian Cochrane.
Interview with Allied Irish Bank (AIB) manager Ian Cochrane about the call his wife made to the emergency services when an armed man tried to break into their home in Booterstown, Dublin. His wife rang 999 but nothing happened.
