Begins with a man welcoming a group from America to Castletownbere in Cork, followed by an American man, Mr Sullivan, saying that he is very pleased to be in Castletownbere.
Also includes a recording of a choir singing in Irish, a conversation, and crowd noise.
An Tóstal is a series of festivals to celebrate Irish life, held in Ireland from 1953 until 1958.
