A menswear store wins award for having the best shopfront in Galway.
The Galway Junior Chamber of Commerce invited all the shops in the city to take part in the competition. Marks are allocated for originality, presentation, cleanliness, attention to detail, and use of light and colour.
Menswear shop Anthony Ryan Ltd on Shop Street in Galway was the winner of the local final and will now go on to the regional finals. Shop manager Mr Jim Cawley along with staff accepted the award.
