Nurse tutor Geraldine McCarthy from the Cork Regional Hospital School of Nursing is awarded a £1500 scholarship in the administration education category.
Ward Sister Mary Duff of Our Lady's Hospital Navan is the recipient of the award in the clinical category. Based in the acute medical ward for coronary care, she also lectures and plans in service training for nursing staff.
