The Dublin-based mobile and digital travel services firm MTT is to take on 70 new employees across its technical and commercial teams over the coming six months.

The new roles are available across software development, product management, design, QA, finance, sales, account management, and marketing in MTT's headquarters at Grand Canal Dock.

MTT said the expansion will enable it to continue to support its growing customer base and ambitions to “deliver compelling digital travel experiences via sophisticated apps and innovative mobile services that enrich the end-to-end travel experience”.

The company’s technology enables airlines and travel companies to transform how they interact with their customers.

MTT says it is also preparing to announce deals with some of the airline and travel industry’s most well-known brands

In the last year it has launched multi-device apps for Singapore Airlines as well as one of the first airline apps on the Apple Watch with easyJet.

Last summer MTT was acquired by Travelport, one of the biggest tech providers to the travel industry worldwide which works with over 400 airlines and 68,000 travel agencies.
