Industrial production across the 17-nation euro zone grew by 0.2% in April, the European Union data agency said today.
The seasonally-adjusted measurement, compared to one year earlier, showed production up 5.2%.
For the full EU, which also includes Britain and eastern industrial powerhouse Poland, the monthly increase was just 0.1%, and the annual improvement 4.7%.
