Food group Glanbia has appointed Henry Corbally as its new vice-chairman. He succeeds Victor Quinlan, who has retired from the company.
Mr Corbally has also been named as vice-chairman of the the Glanbia Co-operative Society. He is also vice-chairman of the National Dairy Council.
Glanbia also said today that William Carroll, David Farrell, Patrick Murphy and Eamon Power will join the company's board as non-executive directors.
Edward Fitzpatrick, James Gilsenan and Anthony O'Connor are all retiring.
