Developer Paddy McKillen's appeal against the High Court's dismissal of his challenge to NAMA is expected to conclude on Wednesday.
Seven judges of the Supreme Court are hearing the appeal.
Mr McKillen is trying to stop the transfer of €2.1 billion of loans to NAMA.
