Motor retail group Charles Hurst has bought Dublin's Audi Centre Ltd, which distributes Audi cars in Ireland. The new owner says it will retain the Audi Centre's 25 existing workers.
Charles Hurst, part of UK-listed motor distribution group Lookers, also said it had plans to develop Audi Centre, with new facilities and the recruitment of additional staff.
Audi Centre currently operates at two sites in Dublin, with its sales facilities in Ballsbridge and a new after-sales centre in Sandyford.
Charles Hurst was originally set up in Belfast almost 100 years ago and began trading in Dublin in 1927.
