The Supreme Court has lifted a stay on winding up orders against two of the main companies in the Zoe Development Group.

The decision means an official liquidator has now been appointed to Vantive Holdings and Morston Investments.

The Supreme Court made its decision following its ruling last week that the group's second attempt to get High Court protection should not have been allowed to go ahead.
