Up to 800 new jobs are to be created in the North. Firstsource Solutions is creating 300 new jobs in Derry and another 500 at another location which has yet to be chosen.
The North's jobs creation agency, Invest NI, has given £7m in grant aid towards the project.
Firstsource, which has its headquarters in India, already employs over 900 people in Belfast and the north west, and has plans to almost double that number.
The company provides back office processing services to a wide range of businesses. The jobs boost comes just ahead of next week's big investment conference in Belfast.
