ServiceSource is to create over 100 new multi-lingual jobs at its Cherrywood, Co Dublin plant. The company currently has an Irish workforce of 180 and will increase its multi-lingual sales staff to over 300 by the end of the year.
ServiceSource is a specialised sales organisation which focuses on increasing service share and revenues for high-tech and healthcare client companies in over 100 countries and across 26 languages. Its customers include Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, AT&T and GE Healthcare.
In 2005, with the support of IDA Ireland, ServiceSource established its European headquarters in Dublin.
'It is a real vote of confidence in Ireland and in Dublin that a highly innovative and vibrant company like ServiceSource chose to expand its operations here,' commented the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Micheal Martin.
'The positions created by this investment, along with those already in place, are all high skilled and well paid and require a young, enthusiastic and skilled workforce which Ireland has to offer,' he added.
