Qualceram Shires' shareholders have approved the sale of the company's 13-acre headquarters in Arklow in Co Wicklow. The company announced the sale some months ago.
100% of shareholders at today's EGM approved the sale of the property to Brattice Properties for €31m. The site has been rezoned as a waterfront development zone.
The property is the group's headquarters and Qualceram Shires will continue to occupy it for around two and a half years until it locates another suitable site.
Brattice Properties is a subsidiary of Ardawn Developments.
