Landmark Belfast building changes hands

The landmark Klondyke Building in Belfast has been bought for €17m by off-farm investment specialists Farrelly & Mitchell.

The purchase of the headquarters, situated in the city's Gasworks area on the Ormeau Road, brings Farrelly & Mitchell's portfolio value in Belfast to around €30m.

It is the company's third acquisition in three months and adds to their properties in Germany and North Florida.

The Klondyke Building is currently let to the Department of Finance & Personnel.
