Bank of Ireland is to move its UK businesses into a new central London headquarters next year.
The bank said today it has agreed a 17-year lease on the top two floors of Bow Bells House, 1 Bread Street, London EC4.
The building is currently under construction and the expects the move to happen in the second half of next year.
BoI's UK businesses are currently dispersed between several central London locations and surrounding locations and the move will provide it with a single headquarters in the UK.
CEO Brian Goggin said: 'This move further reflects our clear commitment to develop the UK as our second home market'.
The move will facilitate 'ambitious growth' plans in the UK, Mr Goggin said.
