The Commission for Aviation Regulation has decided not to increase the cap on charges at Dublin Airport.
The commission predicts that the forecasted number of passengers to use the airport between 2006 and 2009 will provide sufficient funds to cover the finalised capital investment plan of the DAA.
That means the current airport charges will remain in place until the end of 2009.
