Zeus Packaging Group, which is owned by Cork businessman Brian O'Sullivan, has bought Belfast plastic packaging distributor Coogan & Watts.
It has also acquired Fillmore Packaging, a UK-based packaging distribution company. Zeus paid more than €10m for the two companies. The deals will bring Zeus' annual turnover to more than €60m.
Zeus distributes packaging, including industrial plastic and bubble wrap, and currently employs 79 people.
