AIB chief executive Eugene Sheehy was paid a total of just over €2.4m last year, according to the bank's annual report. This included a €1.3m bonus on top of a salary of €860,000.
The total was more than double what Mr Sheehy earned in 2005, though he was appointed chief executive only in May of that year.
Colm Doherty received just under €2m, including a €1.2m bonus, while John O'Donnell received just over €1m.
Chairman Dermot Gleeson received a fee of €408,000, up almost 10% on the previous year.
