The British pharmacy chain Boots is to create up to 30 full time and part time jobs with the opening of its fifth store in Cork.
The store in Mahon Point Shopping Centre will bring to 42 the number of stores in the Republic.
Recruitment is underway bringing the total employed by Boots in the Republic of Ireland to over 1,400 people.
Last year the health and beauty chain said it plans to invest €50m in a major expansion that will include at least 30 new stores opening across the country by 2011.
