Aer Rianta says passengers travelling from Irish airports to London and some other European destinations are still facing delays of up to three hours after this morning's computer failure in Britain's air traffic control system.
The managers of the system say the fault occurred at the operations centre at West Drayton, near London, just after 6am this morning.
It was corrected about two hours later but there is still a big backlog of flights to and from the Greater London area and other destinations.
