Following his election victory, Major Chichester-Clark answers questions from a large media gathering.

Chichester-Clark comments that he will draw his cabinet from the people who are best able to do the job, irrespective of whether they supported his leadership. He also talks about his style of government which he will approach with style and energy. His position on 'one man, one vote' is to support the decision that it will be introduced in 1971.
