A court date has been set for Conor McGregor's arraignment hearing following his arrest yesterday in Miami Beach, Florida.
The mixed martial arts fighter was charged with "strong-arm robbery" and criminal mischief after allegedly smashing another man's phone.
His case is due to be heard in the Circuit Court in Miami-Dade County, Florida on 10 April.
McGregor will not have to appear in person if he decides to instruct his lawyer to submit a written not guilty plea on his behalf.
He was released from jail in Miami last night after posting a bond of $12,500.
Police say that the alleged victim in this incident was trying to take a picture of McGregor on his phone outside a hotel.
According to the police report, McGregor slapped the man's phone out of his hand causing it to fall to the floor.
The report goes on to claim that he also stomped on the phone several times, damaging it.
Police say McGregor then picked up the phone and walked away with it.
