Five people, including a teenage boy from Co Tipperary, were killed in separate road crashes in Northern Ireland over the weekend.
A motorcyclist and the driver of a car died in a collision in the Lisburn area of Co Antrim on Saturday evening.
The PSNI said the collision occurred at the Glenavy Road area of Upper Ballinderry near Moira shortly before 6pm.
The motorcyclist and the van driver were both pronounced dead at the scene, and a third person was taken to hospital for treatment of their injuries.
In Co Tyrone, a person died in a single vehicle crash involving a van in the Caledon area on Saturday night.
The PSNI was alerted to the incident in the Derrycourtney Road area shortly after 11pm.
One person has been arrested.
Police inquiries are continuing and they are appealing for witnesses to both collisions to contact them.
In a third and separate incident, a 16-year-old boy from Co Tipperary, died in a collision in Co Antrim.
The boy was a passenger in a car that was involved in a collision with another car on the Belfast Road at Nutts Corner at around 8am on Sunday morning.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and two other passengers were injured, including a 10-year-old child who is in a critical condition.
The driver of the second car was arrested on suspicion of a number of motoring offences.
A fourth serious collision occurred on the Clanabogan Road in Omagh, Co Tyrone, in which a 61-year-old motorcyclist was killed.
