No injuries after arson attack on house in Drogheda

An investigation is under way into an arson attack in Drogheda, Co Louth overnight.

The attack happened at St Laurence's Park in the town at around 1.10am.

It is understood a petrol bomb or similar object was thrown at the downstairs window of the house.

A small fire was extinguished and no one was injured.

Investigations are continuing.
