A video has emerged online appearing to show breaches of Covid-19 regulations at the pub owned by Independent TD Danny Healy-Rae in Kilgarvan, Co Kerry.
The video, posted by Radio Kerry's main current affairs programme Kerry Today on Twitter, seems to show a gathering of young people in the pub wearing no masks, with no social distancing and with access to the bar.
There is also a photograph of the Kerry TD without a mask posing with a group of people in the bar.
Danny Healy-Rae's son, Johnny, said the family were aware of the video.
He said he has not seen it himself and the family would not be making any comment for now.
"We are looking at the circumstances and may have a comment later," he said.
