Minister for Children Katherine Zappone is expected to bring two significant reports to Cabinet this morning.
The first is focused on burial practices at Ireland's main mother-and-baby homes.
It is the fifth interim report by the Mother and Baby Homes Commission of Investigation. The report may not be published until tomorrow.
The first report of the Collaborative Forum, which is examining issues of concern to former residents of the homes, is also likely to go to Government.
The forum looked at ways of finding inclusive language to represent former residents and their experiences and sought to develop strategies to undo stigma.
