Together for Yes, the group campaigning to repeal the Eighth Amendment, has said it has raised €170,000 over the last few weeks for its campaign.
Campaign Director Orla O'Connor said the target was to raise €500,000.
At the launch of the group's poster campaign, Co-Director Ailbhe Smyth said the posters did not involve sloganeering.
Ms O'Connor denied that those campaigning to retain the Eighth Amendment had "stolen a march" by having their posters erected earlier.
She said there is six weeks to go to polling day and many voters recognised that the Eighth Amendment caused harm and she believes it would be a close referendum.
