The hospital worst affected is University Hospital Limerick with 64 patients waiting. There are 46 patients waiting for a bed at Cork University Hospital and 38 at St Vincent's University Hospital in Dublin.
The Health Service Executive put the level of overcrowding at 457.
There are 132 patients who have been waiting over 24 hours for admission, official TrolleyGar figures show.
The hospitals worst affected are St Vincent's University Hospital with 38 patients waiting, University Hospital Galway with 35, and the Mater in Dublin with 34 patients.
