Dublin Fire Brigade says it has brought a fire at a recycling facility off the Cappagh Road under control.
Ten units were sent to Panda recycling's Cappagh site near Rosemount Business Park between Connelly Hospital Blanchardstown and Dublin Airport at 6am this morning.
Smoke was drifting across the area, driven by strong winds.
Residents in the immediate vicinity of the fire are being advised to take precautions if affected, and to keep their windows and doors closed.
Two turntable ladders, two water tankers and two foam tenders were among the units deployed with 80 firefighters in attendance over the period since the blaze started.

We've made good progress at the recycling centre fire. Smoke is still affecting visibility on nearby roads and the response has been scaled back to four fire engines.
We've had great assistance from @dubairportfire @esbnetworks and @GasNetIrl pic.twitter.com/dDZ2BpBKTB
The Fire Brigade has thanked partner agencies including Dublin Airport Fire Service for their assistance.
In a statement this morning, it said firefighting operations were continuing and the brigade expected to be "on scene for the foreseeable".
No injuries have been reported.
