A second protest over the housing of asylum seekers in the East Wall area of Dublin is taking place this evening.
Protestors have gathered on the road outside an old ESB building, which has the capacity to accommodate up to 380 people.
The East Wall Road is blocked between the Alfie Byrne Road and Church Road due to the protest and Dublin City Council has advised motorists to use alternative routes.
On Saturday, a group of between 200 and 300 people, including many local residents, stopped traffic on the road during the protest.
They said they were angry at the accommodation of male-only asylum seekers there and that they had not been consulted.
