Another man has been found guilty by a jury at the Central Criminal Court in Cork of the murder of 42-year-old father-of-seven Thomas Dooley, at a funeral in Tralee, Co Kerry, in October, 2022.
Michael Dooley, 29, of Bay 11, Halting Site, Carrigrohane Road, Cork, was found guilty by unanimous verdict of the jury.
Michael Dooley is a first cousin of the deceased man.
Three men and a teenager have already been convicted of the murder. One of those men was also found guilty of assaulting Mr Dooley's wife, Siobhan.
The jury verdict came after almost 17 hours of deliberations.
Today was day 33 of the trial.
There were emotional outbursts in the court as the verdict was delivered, with Michael Dooley protesting his innocence.
"There is no justice here. I am an innocent man going to prison for nothing," Michael Dooley said.
Ms Justice Mary Ellen Ring said if there were submissions to be made, they should be made through lawyers.
The jury will resume its deliberations on Thursday morning in the case of the final accused man - 42-year-old Daniel Dooley, of An Carraigin, Connolly Park, Tralee, Co Kerry.
On Friday afternoon, the jury returned to the courtroom with a unanimous guilty verdict in the case of 36-year-old Patrick Dooley, of Arbutus Grove, Killarney, Co Kerry.
He is a younger brother of the deceased man.
On Thursday afternoon, the jury found the dead man's brother-in-law, 43-year-old Thomas Dooley senior, and his cousin, 21-year-old Thomas Dooley junior, both of Bay 10, Halting Site, Carrigrohane, Cork, guilty of the murder of Thomas Dooley.
The jury also found a male teenager guilty of the murder.
A guilty verdict was also returned yesterday in the case of Thomas Dooley junior on a count of assaulting the deceased's wife, Siobhan Dooley, causing her harm.
All four of those verdicts were unanimous too.
