Dublin-headquartered AdaptiveMobile Security has been acquired by Swedish company Enea in a deal worth €45m.
AdaptiveMobile specialises in mobile network security, offering products to protect data and users from cyber-attacks.
Its customers include large mobile operators, governments and regulators, with the company operating out of offices in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, South Africa and the Middle East.
Stockholm-headquartered Enea is a leading provider of cybersecurity and telecoms software.
It said its products are relied upon by 3 billion people around the world.
