Two men have been arrested following the seizure of 100kg of cannabis in Co Louth.
The drugs, with an estimated street value of €2mn, were found during an operation carried out by gardaí and Revenue in Drogheda today.
Revenue's Customs Service, along with officers from the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau and the Drogheda Divisional Drugs Unit, were involved in the operation.
The men, aged 49 and 65, are being detained at Drogheda Garda Station.
Gardaí said the operation was part of ongoing investigations targeting those suspected of being involved in an organised criminal gang in the Louth area.
