Thousands of supporters gathered in Smithfield Plaza to congratulate the victorious Dublin football team at a special homecoming event.
The Dubs claimed back-to-back All-Ireland titles in Croke Park yesterday courtesy of a one-point win over Mayo after a replay.
Earlier the team visited our lady's children's hospital in Crumlin, posing for photos and meeting children, parents and staff.
Dublin City Council, which hosted the homecoming event in Smithfield, asked people to use public transport due to the lack of parking in the area.

Meanwhile, the defeated All-Ireland football finalists have arrived back home in Mayo.
The Mayo panel, management and backroom staff travelled by train from Dublin to Castlebar this evening.
They were taken to the county GAA Headquarters at McHale Park, where thousands gathered to welcome them.
Mayo team captain Cillian O'Connor thanked the crowd for their support.
He said the players felt indebted to supporters for the manner in which they had followed the team right through 2016.
He said the panel had been blown away by that support and that he had no doubt it would remain in place for 2017, when he said Mayo "will go at it again".
Mayo manager Stephen Rochford told the crowd he was certain that the county was "not far away from the greatest day of all".
He said the disappointment of not finishing the championship in the manner craved by the country would serve to push his players on further next season.
Mr Rochford said he hoped that present and future generations would stay motivated in order to keep Mayo "at the top of the football family".
The Mayo boss said the focus on next year would begin later this month.
