Man charged with trespass and intent to commit sex assault in Kerry

A 22-year-old man has been charged with entering a building in Co Kerry as a trespasser with intent to commit sexual assault on a woman in her 70s at Killorglin District Court.

Judge James O’Connor refused Anthony Hussey of Ardshillane, Sneem, bail and remanded him in custody to appear again in Killorglin next Thursday.

The incident happened on 20 September.
