Legal action by construction firm JJ Rhatigan over picketing by workers on its school building site in Dublin has been adjourned until tomorrow.
Eighteen bricklayers have been on strike since 19 September in a dispute over alleged underpayments and sub-contracting at the Kishogue site near Lucan.
The company is seeking injunctions preventing picketers from engaging in alleged intimidation and trespass, including the occupation of a crane at the site by two strikers.
