Mobile phone maker Sony has unveiled a new high-end smart phone which it claims is the thinnest ever made.
The Xperia Z Ultra is a mere 6.5mm in depth and has a large 6.4" full-HD screen.
It is also waterproof to a depth of 1.5m, for up to 30 minutes.
The phablet was unveiled at the Mobile Asia Expo.
It has a feature to allow the user to sketch on the screen using a pencil or a selected stylus or pen.
It also contains the world's fastest smart phone processor, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800.
The 4G-enabled handset will go on sale in Ireland in August.
