Three men have been arrested in connection with the murder of a 43-year-old man in Dublin earlier this month.

Gintaras Zelvys was shot dead at Greenogue Industrial Estate in Rathcoole, Co Dublin on 1 May.

The three men, aged in their 20s and 30s, were arrested this morning and are being held at a number of garda stations in Dublin.

Mr Zelvys, who was originally from Lithuania, was with his wife when he was shot.

Gardaí have renewed their appeal for information on a silver Audi A3 with the partial registration 05 TN that was seen in the vicinity of Pace Avenue, Little Pace in Dublin between 19 March and 30 April or in Newcastle Boulevard or Aylmer Road, Newcastle between 30 April and 1 May.

They also wish to speak to anyone who saw a silver coloured taxi – Toyota Avensis estate – with the partial registration 10 D near either Newcastle Village on 30 April or the Greenogue Industrial Estate on 1 May to contact Clondalkin Garda Station on 01-6667635, or the Garda Confidential line 1800-666-111.
