Minister for Justice Alan Shatter has said that he is reviewing the Garda Commissioner's report investigating allegations of the quashing of penalty points by gardaí.
He said he has sought clarification in respect of parts of the report and was awaiting those.
Minister Shatter said when any legal issues arising from the report had been considered, he would bring the report to Cabinet.
He said he would not comment on the report until it was published.
