A 41-year-old man has been arrested by gardaí investigating the murder of Kamal El Habsati earlier this month.
The body of Mr El Habsati, a 31-year-old Dutch citizen, was discovered at an apartment in Ballymun on 5 December.
The man arrested in the north Dublin area this evening is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act,1984 at Ballymun Garda Station.
