A 31-year-old man has appeared in court in Australia charged with the murder following an assault on two Irish men in Melbourne last month.
David Greene, 30, from Cabinteely in Dublin was one of two Irish men who were attacked at a boarding house in St Kilda East on 26 August.
Mr Greene died in hospital on Friday while Mr Byas remains in a rehabilitation centre.
Luke James Wentholt, who was originally charged with assault, was charged with murder before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today.
