A second person has been arrested over the alleged kidnapping of a young man on the outskirts of Limerick city at the weekend.
Yesterday, a 15-year-old boy was brought before Limerick District Court.
He was charged with the false imprisonment of Stephen Cusack, 19, of Caisleán na hAbhann, Castletroy, Co Limerick.
