Gardaí and the organisers of next week's series of concerts in Dublin's Marlay Park have warned that those who arrive drunk or under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed in.
Following the crowd trouble at the Swedish House Mafia concert in the Phoenix Park last month, 175 gardaí will be involved in policing the three concerts on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights - more than were on duty at the Phoenix Park.
Organisers MCD will also have more private security guards at the venue.
Of the three gigs, it is expected that the second one headlined by David Guetta will attract an audience with an age profile most similar to that which attended the Swedish House Mafia concert.
It has already sold out all 20,000 tickets. Gardaí are keen to heighten awareness of the rules governing the events in advance.
Ticket conditions will be rigorously enforced, which means only those aged over 17 will be allowed access to see David Guetta.
Gardaí will also be carrying out random searches of bags etc, and those attending may be subject to full searches.
Plain clothes gardaí will patrol the venue, while sniffer dogs will also be on hand.
