A 29-year-old man has been charged with the murder of another man in Dublin in March 2009.
Eugene Cullen, from Derry Road in Crumlin in Dublin, was extradited from Holland and charged at Tallaght Garda Station last night.
He appeared before Dublin District Court this morning and was remanded in custody until 7 August.
Shay O'Byrne, 27, was shot dead in front of his partner and young son at Tymon Park North in Tallaght.
His partner Sharon Rattigan was shot in the leg during the attack.
