A man in his early 30s has been arrested after a drugs seizure in Co Galway.
The Galway Divisional Drug Unit, with the assistance of the Garda National Drug Unit, searched a house in Cummer, near Tuam, at around 5pm.
Officers found cannabis plants with a potential street value of approximately €280,000.
The raid was part of an ongoing operation targeting the sale and supply of controlled drugs in the county.
The arrested man was detained at Galway Garda Station.
