Private health insurer Quinn Healthcare is re-branding itself as Laya Healthcare.
The firm said the new name is taken from the company's promise to its members that it is "Looking After You Always".
Quinn said the name change will be formally launched on 14 May and will have no operational impact on its members.
The health insurer currently has 450,000 subscribers.
