Gardaí are searching for an armed gang following a robbery at a betting shop in Ennis, Co Clare.
Three men entered the Ladbrokes outlet at Upper Turnpike Road at around 7.30pm yesterday evening.
It is understood one of the raiders was armed with a shotgun.
They escaped in a silver Audi car with what is believed to have been a substantial sum of cash.
No shots were fired and no-one was injured in the incident.
