A 32-year-old man has died after the lorry he was driving crashed near Cahir, Co Tipperary, this evening.
The single-vehicle incident happened near Junction 10 on the M8 Dublin to Cork motorway at around 6.10pm.
The lorry was travelling northbound when it left the motorway and collided with an embankment before coming to a stop in a field.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body was taken to South Tipperary General Hospital in Clonmel for a post mortem examination.
