Parcel delivery company DPD Ireland is to expand its distribution depot in Athlone, Co Westmeath.
The company says the move will create over 50 new positions over the next 18 months.
DPD has 38 depots throughout Ireland and currently employs over 600 people.
Minister for Jobs & Enterprise Richard Bruton said the announcement was a boost for the region.
